I’m still in New York, testing some equipment. This image was uploaded via satellite phone-as-modem. I’m not sure how long it will take to upload this. I’m timing it, and will add the results in the comments section of this post. If it is reasonably quick I’ll be posting lots of photos (of this size and quality) during the trip. Otherwise just some text…

    About two minutes to upload this photo. Easy. Instructions to follow later for anyone who might want to connect an Iridium 9505 to an OS X MacBook (10.5).
