Antarctic Physical Qualifications (PQ)

I spent quite a while at the dentist and Dr. office getting physically qualified (PQ'd). The doc and dentist say I'm healthy and I packaged up all the paperwork and sent it to Raytheon yesterday. I'm not officially going until they tell me I'm PQ'd, but at least I'm healthy. It was a pretty thorough workup…

Full dental x-rays, Tuberculin skin test, Tetanus shot, Twelve lead EKG, Lipid Panel (Triglycerides, Total Cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol , LDL Cholesterol, CHOL/HDLC ratio), Biochem (Alkaline Phosphatase, Total Bilirubin, Calcium, Chloride, Creatinine, Glucose Serum, Potassium, Aspartate Transaminase – AST (SGOT), Alanine Transaminase – ALT (SGPT), Sodium, Uric Acid), Total Iron, Iron Binding capacity, % Saturation, CBC with differential/platelet, Urinalysis, Reflex, Hepatitis B core AB total, Hepatitis C Antibody, RPR/VDRL, ABO Group, RH type, and HIV.
